Traditional bread ‘Shoti’

You will attend the process of baking Georgian bread called ‘Shoti’, which is traditionally baked in a specific bakery oven called ‘tone’ with an open fire inside (a fire based on sticks of dried, old grape vine). All ingredients are natural products: flour, water, yeast and salt. When the dough is ready, the ‘Shoti’ is baked on the hot inside walls of the ‘tone’. In a few minutes, you can enjoy delicious hot bread.
